Im having trouble at losing weight. Between the risperdal / BPC / PCOS/ Hypothryoid and my doctor lowing my TSH meds to make up for the low FT3 (wich makes no sense) ive gained a good 30-35 pounds in the last 2 or so months.
I'm trying to find some gental exercises and stretching to help me out as i have joint and muscle pain, fatigue, etc. Was thinking of trying yoga w/ light weights but i have never found any good information on it. And some walking when i can handle it. Maybe something else if that helps as well? And the snow season is here, and Gyms are out of the question.
I also only have 150-175$ a month for food right now as money is really tight. And am seeking a low carb, low sugar, low lactose diet that doesnt have much meat product in it as i am vegetarian (who gives in to cravings for meat :P once in a while)
Does anyone have any ideas, or book ideas that they can pass along to me? I was looking into a book on PCOS and infertility diet book that is low carb/sugar but at this present time i cannot afford it so want to start on my own a little before i go buy it :)
I'm not looking for fast weight loss and would like to be around 130lbs at my 5'3 ish frame.
Thanks for your imput, and Seasons Greetings.

I don't do any special diet, just portion control. I always have 2 servings of oatmeal in morning, breakfast is important. And what ever I eat, I have half of the serving and the other half about 3-4 hours later. Have you ever been tested for fibromyalgia? Read some of the posts under the fibro topic. Walking is the best excercise to loose weight and you only need 20 min a day. I have lost 24 ounds since may, hitting a plateau right now. Starting walking 2 weeks ago. Hope this helps, Tammy
