What are some things you do to prevent eating out of boredom? I get very bored easily in the evening, and in turn I like to eat lot, so I'm trying to break the habit. As it gets around 6 or 7pm I'm too tired to try the exercise method, and usually I'm always hungry after I finish my work out anyways.

Any ideas, I'd be greatful!
