i took the morning after pill about 4 weeks ago now. i had bleeding about a week later which lasted about 5 days. i was due to come on this week, but as of yet i havent.

is there a chance i could be pregnant?

The morning after pill is some heavy duty drugs. It can cause any number of issues with the cycle until your body gets re-adjusted. You'll have to give it at least 1 or 2 (possibly 3) cycles before your body gets adjusted again.

That's the problem with the morning after pill. Either it will make you bleed for a month or it will stop your bleeding entirely. But regardless, any time you take it, there will always be some sort of effect on your bleeding.

i took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, whether i just took it too soon i dont know. im not entirely sure when i had my last period, but i know it was about a week before i had unprotected sex.

You are more likely to have your period 4 weeks after the first day of bleeding from the morning after pill, but the other poster was right - it can sometimes really screw up your cycle. Did you start birth control pills at the same time? You may want to consider them. But just give it some time and don't worry about it much - your cycle just needs to readjust
