Word of warning: nasal sprays, lozenges, etc. containing "zinc" can cause the loss of smell which can last a few months, few years or permanent.
My daughter used Cold-Eezes Lozenges last summer during a bad sinus infection and lost the ability to smell. Have no idea if it will ever return or not.
Zicam and Cold-Eezes have lawsuits against them at present.
Be sure and read ingredients on other nasal sparys, lozenges, etc. to make sure they do not contain zinc.
Also, steroid nasal sprays can cause fungus infection in the lungs as well as the sinus area/nasal passages. Best to use these very sparingly.
