View Full Version : So weird that I have these health issues

My life is so crazy, I guess it is this way for everyone but I don't know. It seems that EVERY single time I want to do something, there are a ton of obstacles that ALWAYS get in my way. Even if it is something simple, something weird happens to prevent me from accomplishing my task. I could list a few examples but that would take too long. My recent problem... I am 27 years old and have always been a hard worker and finally that hard work has paid off. I feel that I am financially secure (at least for the time being) so I figured I would go out and have some fun and maybe travel. Right when I had that thought (BAM) obstacle jumped in my path like always. Suddenly out of nowhere I developed a spot on my lip for the first time ever to go alone with a breakout of zits on my face. I believe this was caused by me eating too many M&M candy. I was on a diet for a long time (and still am) and I just wanted to treat myself with a few pieces of candy.

So after the pimple on my nose goes away a little, and the spot on my lip is barely visible, now I have throat redness and sometimes dryness. I went to a couple of doctors and they gave me some penicillin based medicines but they are not doing anything. I searched on the internet to find that there are a ton of people who say they have the exact symptoms and went to see every doctor and had tons of tests and couldn't find out the cause or the solution to the redness in throat. Knowing how my life is I wouldn't be surprised if I am put in the same situation where my throat problem will continue to persist. It is so amazing how every single time when I am feeling good, work hard, eat healthy, get good exercise and sleep, and then plan to have some fun for the first time something bad happens.

I haven't been out for over five years since all I do is work, and I wonder if I can ever have a life again without a new weird symptom jump out of nowhere. If or whenever my throat problem is resolved I wouldn't be surprised if something else occurs afterwards.

Jason27-
Do feel anxiety when you are planning to do something different? Maybe you are so used to your work routine that changing it causes anxiety, which could manifest itself with physical symptoms. I know this tends ro happen to me. I would suggest going through with one of your plans-no matter how you feel...pimples and all...LOL (something small) and slowly increase other activities in hopes these symptoms will dissapate in time. You don't want to start a self-fufilling prophecy. Hope this helps.

Hmm that is good advice tattoos thanks I should consider that. Not sure if I suffer from anxiety with a change of plan since I usually feel good if I plan to do something different.
