I Am 30yrs Old,i Have Been Dealing With Cysts On Both Breast!!!very Painful Lump In My Nipples,it Gets Real Red Size Of A Golf Ball,i Only Get One At A Time, but It Is Very Difficult To Go On Through The Day In Pain, the Lump Will Be There For 2 Weeks "in Pain",my Doc Told Me All I Can Do Is Put A Warm Compressed Hot Washcloth On It To Help Pain, but Not Much Else Works For Me,i Have Had Them Asparited And Even Cut Out,they Still Come Back,i Do Not Drink Caffine Or Eat Sweets Anymore Cuz They Say This May Increase The Pain. I Have Taken Way To Many Antibiotics They Dont Work For Me Anymore.i Had Three Mamograms And I Came Back Ok...i Was Told To Keep Getting Them But I Just Lost My Insurannce, very Scary,i Hope I Do Not Get Cancer From This.i Worry Alot..if Anyone Else Has This Problem. I had cysts too. I stopped ingesting coffee, tea, colas, and chocolate. It has been six months and I continue to not have cysts. This diet change was hard because I love chocolate desserts. Unfortunately I have suspicious calcifications and have to have a core biopsy. I wish their was a diet that might help eliminate this too.
