To conceive the day before your period?
I had sex twice the day before my period started. He came inside of me. The next day I started my period.
Could I still get pregnant? Are the chances lower or higher?

You should be fine. But of course, it is never ABSOLUTELY safe if you are not using some sort of birth control.
