Well I sarted excercising finally I have been walking lifting 3 lb weights and toning excercises i want to lose weight well let me change that i want to get from a size 13 to a size 8 by april does anyone think its possible i work out 6 days a week for an hour please someone tell me it is possible!!!

HI NTL,

You bring up an interesting point concerning clothing sizes. Two women can weigh the same and not be the same clothing size because their fat distribution may be different, some women carry more weight on the lower half, the pear shape, others are more top heavy, the apple shape. To get to a misses eight from a jr 13 you'd have to lose about 3-4" off your bust and hips according to a size chart. In weight loss that's probably around 25 lbs judging by my own experience. That's sounds doable in 4 months with a sensible diet and exercise program. Good Luck.

thanks i hope i can do it i don't go by weight anymore i've learned that lesson lets hope i can do it!!
