So I have been using Nasonex since the summer and it makes my nose bleed. But I can't stop using it since my allergist said I have a cyst in my sinuses and it's suppose to shrink that. Then I also use Astelin nasal spray since it dries up my sinuses. At first it really makes my nose tickle so much that I start sneezing and then it runs even more. After a few minutes it's all dried up though. Is there another nasal spray that works good to dry up the sinuses.
