I stepped outside to go to my car to get some gum and right as i stepped out i stepped on part of a dead squirral(i have a stupid cat who catch's them)
I ran inside threw away my pants(they got some on them) and sprayed down my leg and foot with lysol then washed it off and did that 6 times(im a "germaphobe")
Is that good enough or can i catch a disease from the squirrals blood?

Extremely unlikely.
Be careful about using things (like Lysol)-that are meant for hard surfaces-on the body.
I'd say you will be fine.

I've never heard of a hunter that got sick or died because of a dead squirrel and I'm sure many of them have come into greater contact with the blood than you...so don't worry!
