Yippee!!!! My doctor just called. I can't believe how quickly the results came back--the cold knife was just on Friday. Anyway... the ECC was negative, and the sample showed some mildy anomolous cells, but NO CIS and anyway, the margins were CLEAR!!

So I guess the LEEP did get all the CIS, which is great. I don't begrudge the doctor her idea to do the cone instead of watching and waiting, because I do like knowing for sure. Anyway... just thought I'd share the good news, and for those of you in the scary waiting period... GOOD LUCK! Hope you're all getting news of clear margins soon!
