lately usually in the morning when my mother goes to the bathroom she pees blood,she said its nothing but blood. she has/had kidney stones so i dont know if this has something to do with it or if it is something more serious. can anyone help me i am soooo worried about this !!

Your mom needs to see a doctor, peeing blood is not normal.

Sounds like a kidney problem, does she eat a lot of protein?

just got back from patient first,its kidney stones. this is the second time she has had kidney stones in the past year.

There are such people as stone formers, some people do not take in enough liquid to keep their urine alkaline and stones form. Depending on what her stones are composed of, she should be careful of what she eats. Normally after the stones are passed or blasted, they find what they are composed of so you can take the necessary precautions. This last episode my son had with kidney stones, he was told to drink lemonade, it discourages stones from forming. Good luck to you both. They are very painful also, but passing blood is usually the first sign.
