I don't know what's going on. A couple weeks ago I started developing this tightening situation from my throat, down into my chest, and on into my stomach. It feels like it's cycling. It burns. I feel all bloated. I barely slept a wink last night and now I'm feeling dizzy and want to throw up. I'm having problems breathing deeply sometimes. I've been heavily constipated. I burp alot.

Many of the symptoms have been going on for a while and I've been looking into a potential thyroid problem, but this burning feeling and tightening is the newest thing and I'm kind of scared. It feels like when you would wring out a towel.

Just kidding. Could be some imbalance in your digestive system, especially considering the constipation. You should carefully track your regularity. Have you taken any antibiotics recently? they can really screwup your intestines. Does it get worse with wheat or milk?
