Wow I woke up during the night with abdominal trembling or shakes. I had to get up. Yes Ive been very stressed lately. Is this a result of that stress or something else. I got up and sat and watched tv for a while and it seemed to subside. Went to bed and it started again. Did this over again 3 times. I seemed to shake more each time. Im so tired now but these demons wont let me sleep. Is this anxiety. Will the shaking stop. Has anyone had this.

It's sounds like it could be anxiety but can't say for sure.

You need to go in and have a physical check up and let a doctor know about the symptoms you've experienced.

Don't put off check ups they are important to your health and peace of mind.
