I am new at this so let me give this a try. 5 yrs ago I was told I have trigemnal neuralgia witch is very painful it makes you feel like lighting bolts are going threw your face about 20 times or more a day. It went on for 16yrs before they found out what it was. On march 4 this year I had microvascular decompression surgery. When that was complete a week later I had VM and I am still not sure what that is and the side affects from it now I went for an MRI and when I read the report it now says I have a small pineal cyst in T1. I go to the nero this week and will found out about this but and info would be appreicated thank you and hope all is well for you. Meg
