Hi Everyone. So I have mentioned my story before. To sum it up, I have had outbeaks in one way or another since I first found out I contracted herpes (type 1) via oral sex. (3 months ago) I have stopped valtrex because it did not do anything for me. I just got BHT, both pills and powder form. I have taken 1 350mg pill with lunch and one with dinner. I plan to continue this routine. I am also taking lysine, garlic, OOO, OLE. I have been dissolving powdered BHT in coconut oil and applying it to my outbreak. However my sores are not open so I do not know if it penetrates them as well. We will see. Has anyone had success with BHT or have any advice for me? How long does it take until I start seeing results? It sounds promising and I hope it works.
