To date I have had a lot of trouble finding a good ENT who goes beyond the basics in dealing with Meniere's (inner ear) disorder. Also, I can't seem to find a good doctor regarding sinuses. I get the same brushoff to do the basics for each and learn to live with it. More than 70% of one maxillary sinus is filled with a mucous retention cyst and my sinuses will not drain properly, but all I get is take this steroid nasal spray and antihistimines which just add to the dizziness caused by the Meniere's. I have had five sinusitis/sinus infections this year and am really getting tired of this.

Does anyone know of any really good doctors who treat the whole individual and not just the specific symptoms and who are willing to look beyond the simple solutions that don't work and who are anywhere near northeast Ohio / Cleveland/Akron area?
