Has anyone ever heard of fallopian tube cancer. How come you never hear anyone talking about it. I didn't even know it existed until she talked to me about it

I have had trouble with bloating and been to every doctor there is and my gynocologist is suspecting fallopian tube cancer. I go to the doctor tomorrow to get schedualed for surgury.

Can anyone give me any information about this? Or is anyone has gone through this I would love to hear from you, and talk about what your symptoms where and how long you went before being diagnosed of having it.

God Bless everyone in this forum

bloating? but that can also be a symptom of other disease right? what made your doctor sure that you have fallopian cancer? are they going to remove it? I htink if that the case you will be uindergoing a laparoscopic surgery.. its no big deal i have done it for actopic pregnancy and its over in an hour.. they will put u to sleep and when u wake up its done.. they wl draw 3 holes on you two on each side of the pelvis and one on the navel... it just took me 2 days to go back to normal. I think you have to look into your symptoms further though...

Hi

I was dx with fallopian tube cancer after having a hysterectomy. I had a biopsy done on my uterus due to the Tamoxifin I was talking to protect against another breast cancer.

Results of the biopsy were inconclusive so my oncologist suggested a hyst. The pathology showed uterine and fallopian tube cancer, both were primary. I had to have chemotherapy due to the fallopian tube acting teh same as ovarian cancer.

I did not have a lot of symptoms, heavy bleeding during periods and feeling sick during them.
