Can someone please help me?

I have very bad health anxiety but this time I'm scared that I'm actually right for a change.

I have not been diagnosed with IBS but I have some of the symptoms. Not so much diarrhea or constipation, but cramping before a bm and gas sometimes.

But I know IBS symptoms are sometimes actually Ovarian Cancer symptoms and I'm terrified. My cousin had it when she was my age and I also had an aunt that had it. I'm so worried.

I always have yearly gyno exams...and my last one was in October. Could OC have been missed? What should i do?

I should mention I just turned 23.

Hi, I have to tel you I wont be much of a help. I just want to tell you that I am in the same boat as you.. health anxiety is one of my great problems now since I had GERD and was rushed to the er. I also have IBS symptoms which is normal to gerd. I have been crampy on my lower ab for a long time... and I dontknwo if its gerd related or its my uterus... my period have always been delayed (2 months cycle) and i just had ectiopic pregnancy and i am really worried about OC.. but if you said you already had your tests.. then maybe there is no reason for you to be scared.. the doc will see if there is any suspicious looking thing inside, as they say cancer also manifest physical symptoms... Ijust had vaginal ultrasound and Its nrmal... although its for pregnancy issues, im still not comforted its enough... im thinking of a papsmear sometime soon.. maybe you should go for one to just to have a peace of mind.. better safe right? :)
