About a 2 months ago i went for a chylmidia test and some other swab tests, all came back fine, thing is now my smear test is due and ive got one of those letters from the dr's asking to make appointment for one, thing is since i had all the other swab tests done (which i do not know what they all were) do i still need a smear???

Yes, you'll still need one.
The other swabs you had done will have most likely been for other bacterial infections that they tend to test for along with chlamydia. As you know, the smear checks for cancerous cells, so you should still go.
Of course, I may be wrong, but this is nothing that a quick 2 minute phonecall to your doctor won't fix.
