Does anyone get this with their reflux? Im experiencing it just now, feels like i want to be sick, duno if i should go force myself or if its just a sensation from the flux! what helps??

If you mean your getting a nauseaus feeling like you want to gag or puke, then yeah I had that the other day. Doc says I might have delayed stomach emptying or reflux. I just had to ride it out till it went away. Ginger helps with the nausea sometimes. Watch what you eat also. Let me know how it goes.

The slice of apple works for me, too.

I don't care for the taste of ginger, but I do take the caps of ginger at times.

Wont the apple make you feel more acidic? :confused: But I am willing to try it if its good for nausea. thanks :)

Apples are very alkalizing. Cinnamon Apple tea works fairly well, too.

I"m hearing a lot about ginger, I"m going to try it. Where can I get ginger , at the grocery store, or health food store ?

im getn this nausea feeling every night now about 8pm, why all of a sudden has it just started after a year with flux?? god what next.

yeah ginger definetly works for me! I just boil a large chunk of it in a cup of water and just zip it.. the stronger the the taste the better I feel...

But I also like to try apple.. been readin alot about it.. also learned that with regular consumption it can actually remove gall stones... anyone heard of it?
