HELP! I've been urinating constantly (at least once an hour every hour) for the past couple of days and I've had trouble gaining and maintaining an erection. I'm only 20 years old though! What do you think it could be?

Go to your family doctor or a urologist for a diagnosis. It could be a urinary tract infection, sexually transmitted disease, or some other type of infection. It could also be a kidney stone. In any event, you should seek treatment. The erectile dysfunction is probably related to your anxiety over your condition. Get professional help! _mystictiger_ 12-21-2006, 05:51 PM I agree with EB02. Being under stress or anxiety will cause problems with maintaining or even getting a erection. This is perfectly normal and the only way to stop this is by quit worrying so much and don't panic. This is not cancer related hun. It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. These are very common in women but also common in men but the majority or UTI's in men are non-symptomatic. See your Doctor and have some Antibiotics and this will clear it all up. Also get checked for Diabetes. It doesn't sound like Diabetes to me because frequent urination would be a regular occurance and not something that's just happened over the last few days. Netherless see your Doctor. JinL 01-22-2007, 05:46 PM I read that new research shows estradiol E2, an estrogen, was now thought to be a cause prostate cancer. It does cause your uriary & sexual problems if combined with low testosterone. |
