Actually yes, I bought the e-book and tried it for the period of time suggested by the author but it didn't help. What he suggests is that you welcome the anxiety and panic wth open arms like you would an old friend rather than fighting it you act like you want it. He suggests you ask the anxiety/panic "is that all you got?" and ask for more. It was very weird for me and I just didn't feel it helped me at all. The good news is he refunded my money when I emailed and told him it wasn't working. I guess for some people it has worked but for me it didn't. There are also some breathing techniques and diet change suggestions. If you try it and it doesn't help just ask for a refund.

Good luck,
Tori

I tried this also and sort of found it helpful. It does pretty much say to just "invite" the panic, yell at it, tell it to give you all it has. It did work after a couple times, but as a panic sufferer, I found it hard to ask the panic to hit me with its best shot. Totally opposite of how my mind works, I hate the panic! It did give some examples of different situations, but they didn't really pertain to my situation. I didn't ask for a refund though, never even thought about it. Let me know if this helps you out!

Well when I read Clarie Weeks and Brownyn ?? not sure they both said to face it, accept it and float through it. Tell it to do its worse because it can not hurt you and it never has before. WELL, I can tell myself this a million times and I still have the attacks. Nothing makes you feel safe when your heart is pounding and you feel like you will pass out. I try my hardest to accept but I think that I am still fighting it. SO I think that I will save my money and just keep doing what I do. I have my first appointment with a pshycologist on Wednesday so I will see if there is another approach or other tip that she can give me. If not I will have to just go with it and what happens happens
