I found that what really helped me was, Thai foot, body and head massage. When i was in Thailand i hardly had any freezes ( seizures ) because i was contantly relaxed. As soon as i got back into England and got my first bit of road rage and my first bit of virbal abuse with 1 hour of getting off the plane. My blood started boiling again and my aggression came rushing back and so did the seizures.

I tried my first thai foot, body and head massage in Thailand last month. I was out there for 5 weeks. I found that after the massage my whole head and body was total relaxed and i had less seizures. It got to the point where i got addicted and used them as medication and had one a day. Unfortunaly they don't do them in England.
It is worth looking into if you have to opptunity to have it done because apparently every time they touch somewhere on your body it does something to your nerve systom aswell as other things such as your kidneys your brain etc. anyway i don't really know what i am talking about and it might all be rubbish but it seemed to work for me and all the Thai people love it so. Anyway i'll leave you with that.

funnily enough i only went for a thai massage because i had a really bad hang over and lets face it there are not many things that can cure that but that seemed to work and the other benfit was that it helps these seizures. By the way i thought that i had better point out that i am not a thai massage salesman but if you want to pay me i could do my best to give you one but it probably would not do anything apart from cause you phsyical pain.
