Hello ther,
I noticed a few days ago that on the top of my foot just before the toes I have a couple of like red spots that are quite small, I am a little concerned because I have no clue why they are there.
The only reason I can think is if maybe I pulled a muscle or something but am not sure, I would really appreciate any ideas here, thanks

i would think it has to do with your skin more than anything. A dematologist might be able to help if you are worried about it.
