So last month I had about an hour of bleeding/pink cm which I thought was implantation but now I'm guessing it was late ovulation becuase my period was late. Anyways, yesterday I had some blood mixed in with stretchy cm (cd 15). Today my right ovary has been hurting/sore all day. So my question is....do you girls think I ovulated yesterday or today. I still have the ewcm today and we bd'd tonight. Do you think I missed the egg or not? Just curious what your opinions are on this. Thanks! :)

HI Jewels

My guess is that the pain you felt in your right ovary was indeed ovulation. I get crampy around the 14th day of my cycle each month and can feel my right ovary one month and the left one the next....

Once you ovulate, the egg sticks around for about 24 hours on average so once you feel yourself ovulating, you can still BD that day or the day after. I wish I had good advice to offer, however have been quite unsuccessful for the past 5-6 months of TTC. We BD the days leading up to O and the day of O and the day after O. We have tried every day then every other day, then when that didnt work, the next cycle we would do every other day but opposite days of the month before. I am so frustrated more than anything...

Hopefully you timed it right this month and you'll get your BFP soon!!!

It sounds like you ovulated. Last month I had some severe pain when I ovulated and some crazy symptoms, but I ended up having a cyst that ruptured. I think I only had a slight cramp from ovulating this month, but I did have the EWCM and I spotted like you are talking about, but less than you probably. I hope you caught the egg!! Good luck.

Tami :)
