can someone tell me when you have insomnia that if you feel sleepy you should go to sleep because if not you might not have another chance? is this right ?:confused: my dh works over the road and when we're on the phone sometimes i need to get off earlier to go to sleep and he gets mad and says that i usely don't go to sleep till 1am or later so i try to tell him that i have to or i won't get any sleep that night
