One year ago, I noticed some tingling on my cheeks, just below my eyes.
A sinus cold ensued, I took anti-bio's, but I was left with what remains to be triangular patches of edema under the eye socket area and regular pinching or tingling under the eyes. The morning presents very dark areas under the eye as well as the most significant edema. The eyes seem to have an ache behind them,in the sockets, especially when I look to the inner corners.
The CAT SCAN showed chronic sinusits but the ENT countered that he saw no swelling.
I have an allergist appointment in the New YEar. ANy suggestions?

Definitely keep the appointment with the allergist, and I'd see another ENT for a second opinion, and bring your CT scan with you. I find it unbelievable an ENT would counter the radiologist's report.
