Just wondering because I can continuously run up and down stairs and not get totally tired. However when I run upstairs my heart beat is faster. It kind of affects me when I talk. However I can run up and down multiple times. Like when you try to talk when you're out of breath. Im not out of breath but I notice it a little. Im not really out of shape either. This could've been happening to me since before but I noticed it now.

Hi John,

Running up and down the stairs will cause your heart rate to increase. This is exercise induced fast heart rate and is perfectly normal. :)
