It all started about a month ago. I was going to bed and I felt so lightheaded I went to the E.R. I started breathing harder to try to get more oxygen to my head, but then I started hyper-ventilating. Of course the doctor thought this was the problem and sent me home, with some pills (only for the night) to relax. He said anything could have caused me to have this "attack". He said not to worry about it. However things got worse. I'm almost always light headed, i'm getting numb in my hands and face, i hear ringing in my ears, everything feels dream like, i'm tired all the time, ect...
So I went to my local doctor told him everything and he tested me for a couple of things. But didn't find anything.
So i don't know what to do. My symptoms are only getting worse.

Firebat,
We can't diagnose you -- but can make a few suggestions.
If you aren't getting answers from your doctor, you might want to find another doctor to get a second opinion.
A couple of things come to mind that you might ask about: anxiety attacks and inner ear problems (your inner ear regulates balance!) Either one can cause a lot of the symptoms you've mentioned.
Even ruling those out might be helpful.
Good luck to you.
