Over a month ago I started experiencing a tickle feeling in my left chest and back (under shoulder blade). I went to the Dr. and had a chest xray which came back normal, it persisted so then I had a CT Scan done which came back normal as well. I also had a CBC blood test done which came back normal. It seems now, I have a burning sensation in my penis which comes and goes, doesn't really burn when I urinate but I would feel burning afterwards. I also noticed my eyes to be glassy and a little red and irritated. Then, I started noticing my left knee was a little tighter than usual and I would also experience some light burning sensations in my arms, fatigue, nausea and lightheaded... My doctor tells me this is anxiety but I'm having a hard time accepting that because these symptoms just won't go away. I've also had EGD, EKG and abdominal ultrasound which came back normal. is this an infection, virus? ????? It's been going on for far too long and I'm not getting anywhere with the Dr.

I also quit smoking a little over a month ago, thats when a lot of these weird symptoms started.. but i dont think this could be related.. .could it?
