Sometimes I get these little bumps with white heads since before I was sexually active. I got another one and now I'm scared that it might be herpes. I've never had unprotected sex but I know it can be passed through touch (even though no one I been with had visible symptoms). It's a medium size bump that hurts if I touch it with a white head, and it's not firm. Should I be scared or am I over reacting? I have coldsores but it doesn't look much like it.
I would appreciate answers from people with one or both viruses.
