I am wondering, does anyone get very minor nose bleeds when your allergies are acting up? I didn't know if that sort of goes hand n hand with allergies or not. I have been sneezing usually, I am not a sneezer) and of course weather is never steady and when blowing my nose, a little blood came out with clear stuff. Like I said, it is pretty minor but happens from time to time. Sound familiar with allergies? I know it['s not high bp. Thanks and have a great Christmas everyone!!!!!!

A lot of nose-blowing and sneezing can irritate the mucous membranes in there. I get that often.

Yeah, nosebleeds are a common problem especially in the winter months. Dry nose is the most common cause for nosebleeds. Blowing your nose, having a very dry environment can lead to nosebleeds. Even using nose sprays for allergies can cause nosebleeding.

I recommend you buy a spray saline solution (salt and water) to prevent dry nose thus preventing you from having nosebleeds. They should go away. If they don't I recommend you go to your doctor for evaluation.

Happy holidays!
