I am having small red paper cuts on my penis on the shaft behind the head. they seem to come after having sex with my girl and then it heals after about a day. Then i have sex and the same thing happens again this seemed to have just started. over the last 2-3 months now my girl tells me she had a small paper cut like sore. this has been on going for a few months. In the past i have had unprotected sex with different people but i have been with my girl faith fully for years. could this be herpes?

Sounds more like a yeast (thrush) infection. Get some over-the-counter cream and/or oral capsule from a pharmacy.
