hi, i am not sure if i am in the right discussion, but i didnt know where else to start. my question is i have this problem with constant movement, but most of the time it is involuntary. i think i move , sort of rock and move my legs all night long, because i will wake up moving. i cant explain it except that my body needs to move. i have checked restless leg syn. and i dont fit that description, plus it is not just my legs. during the day, my hands will twitch off and on and they shake when i go through a certain range of motion. not in every position, just when they move a certain way. maybe this is nothing, but the nighttime movement is strange to me, with alot of twitching, not really tremors. any ideas?

Have you been to a Dr??
Do you have P.D.??
I'd be checking in with the DR.

PD is the abbreviation used by many to mean Parkinson's Disease.
It's impossible to guess your problem based on the message you posted, but I would definitely recommend you to see a doctor and describe the problems to them in order to get a proper diagnosis.

My husband suffered with PD for over 25 years so I know a lot about this disease. Why would you ask these questions without seeing a neurolgist?
That is the kind of doctor to diagnose your problem.
