I have been getting cold sores for as long as I remember, I haven't been abble to find anything that makes them disapear. I've tried Abreva and Lysine tablets. Do anyone know of something (prescription or over the counter)
that REALLY WORKS? If anyone has any recommendations that would be great!

Try changing your diet. Stay away from trigger foods. That could be the culprit. you should research foods high in arginine and stay away from them. MY friend uses zovirax cream (prescription). check out my post "Here is the secret to being outbreak free" which tells you some of the things people try. Good luck!
