Hi, I had a vicretomy 10 days ago combined with retinal detachment surgery in my left eye. Op was a success, saw a doc on Monday who confirmed as is well though I can now start to see tiny black dots in my left eye (only of course when I look for them, like all floaters). My vision is improving all the time, probably now at 80% of what it was. I have always had floaters, even when my eyes were 'healthy'. Should I be worried?
