I am starting to wonder if Auotimmune Ear Disorder and/or Menieres must lead to acute or total deafness. Prednisone did not help me and caused all sorts of other problems. I have been on Methotrexate for 30 days with no help. The Tinnitus and the hearing loss are really bad in my right ear. I tolerate all of this fairly well but continue to worry about deafness.
