Does anyone know if lamictal comes in generic form? I know it's been around for a while now.. If it doesn't.. anyone know when it's scheduled to??? It's so expensive!!!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh yes!!! I thought I read something about it going generic, but when I get refills at the pharmacy they don't offer generic. It is so expensive and my pdoc thinks its the best med for me. ugh

Yeah it's worked pretty remarkably for me too so far (knocks on wood) and I did do some research online, and I guess it is available generically in Canada... but not here in the US... Could not figure out when it will become generic..hopefully soon, since it's been around since 1994!!
