Hi,

Ran to the doctor to get my actual test results...better or worse? I know the morphology sucks but does the rest seem to compensate for it? Hate to be a pest but no one put out a Rosetta Stone for deciphering these freaking things...

Volume: 1.70 (but I didn't exactly...get every last drop in the cup)
Viscosity: 4
PH: 7.2
Motility: 54%
Concentration: 185.5
Total Count: 315.4
Total Motile Sperm: 170.3
Normal Forms: 7%

hee..hee. My husband jokes about how he's always missing the cup too :)

I'm not a doctor but that is a bit better than my husband's and all the doctors we saw said the same thing "Slightly low but MORE than enough to concieve a child." Even though we've had no luck yet in the baby department and I checked out alright, I still think it must be something with me because all seem to think his swimmers are adequate. From my experience, it sounds like you check out just fine. I'd be interested to hear what your doctors say about it though since it is similiar to my husband (of course if you don't mind sharing).

Good luck to you and your wife!

I didn't miss the cup I just...LOL. Didn't seem like I could shake it all off and let's leave it at that!

Doc said he's seen worse and not to freak out about it but then again he's not an expert...honestly I feel better after seeing the actual test results. Morphology sucks but everything else I'm way above normal so hopefully it all evens out.

I'll tell you the same thing I told my wife...even if we're both firing on all thrusters, the odds are still only 20% per month. Don't think it's "you" because after this my wife seems to feel the same way. It could all be timing so let's hope we all can get our clocks in sync.

Sad thing is (and also partially what precipitated the test) my buddy's been seeing a chick I work with for 3 months and OOPS. PREGGERS!

Which just makes us feel worse...to a degree. LOL. There's a difference between wanting a baby and suddenly finding out you're having one. As much as we want kids, I wouldn't trade our spot for theirs!

I'll keep you updated...my wife is going in to get tested next month and in 3 I'll have another SA. Please post anything else you know or find out...God bless and good luck.
