Well, I know Christmas is soon but I just have a small question. I am getting anxious about testing...Tomorrow will be my 12 dpiui and I don't know if I should test. The friends I have talked to say I shouldn't and just wait until the day I am supposed to (RE wants me to test at 16dpiui!!!!). Since you girls understand what I am going through just thought I would ask your opinion. This wait is driving me crazy!! I am expecting to start this process over in Jan but I am having some symptoms which I think are signs, but it might just all be in my head so I am trying not to get too excited. Sorry I am rambling...

i know the feeling but for, personal experience i would wait until after christmas.. i know it would be wonderful to get that BFP right before christmas, but what if its not a BFP?? it would personally depress me even more christmas day.. and all i would think in the back of my mind is the test said no, even tho it might just be too early to tell.. once you see that no it can be devasting while you are waiting for testing day.. after my 2nd ivf i thought i was pregnant so i tested early to "surprise" my dh.. well i saw my first of many BFN and my next ivf i will not do it.. good luck, and if you do decide to test i hope you get your christmas miracle... :)

That's a tough one. I know how anxious the 2ww makes you and it is even harder if it falls during the holidays. Personally, I agree with Aimee and would wait until at least Christmas night after all the festivities or the next morning. Being devastated by a BFN would outway getting a BFP for me. Plus, the BFN could still be wrong that early so you could be upset for nothing. I try not to POAS until at least 14dpiui because a BFP might not show up. At least by 14 days chances are it's accurate.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you luck and a BFP. Baby dust to you! Keep us posted.
