This may lead them to perform more diagnostic tests to see why your blood count or whatever they tested was not normal. So in a sense, yes. Also, a fluctuation of any of your parameters regarding anything measured in your 'normal blood count" could indicate any number of things from a mild cold, the flu, an abcessed tooth, etc. Lenin 12-26-2006, 11:38 AM Australia requires written permission for a test, with mandatory pre and post testing counselling. So, no. Unless you KNOW you are getting an AIDS test, you aren't. Of course many governments would LOVE to assemble dossiers on everyone's HIV status, but so far they have been thwarted because most people know how damaging such information, once gathered, WILL be (note, I didn't say COULD). ;) |
