Again, feeling a bit coo coo....

Had a horrible day yesterday. Went shopping...tons of people, bad lighting...and felt terrible once I got home (oh, and I did loads of VRT's before leaving too). Then felt better last night.

That said...I woke up at 2 am this morning (feeding the 10 week old)..and I had very little dizzys. I couldn't believe it! I didn't want to go back to bed...I actually felt close to normal?

Then today...woke up ok 90%...then went to church...more people...so symptoms got a bit elevated...then by 3pm...felt good...Not 100%...but almost like my body was sighing in relief (don't know if you can understand...like a fever has lifted...)

Anyone get this?

Sounds like you're healing so enjoy it! You're symptoms increase with stimulation but you're recovering more quickly. Good for you!

Question...

I feel actually really yukky when I have my down times. Almost feels like I feel worse? Also, I still have a feeling of woozy that might diminish...but has never really gone away fully.

Anyone?

Charlotte,

That sounds like progress to me. I'm the opposite. Being around people and out and about tire me and make me feel worse. In my downtime I feel better, not at 100% (as I haven't felt that way in several weeks).

Nan...

For me...all the people in stores, lights...and friend over make me spin and feel like garbage...

Then later in the day...things tend to lift...like a fever. What seems to remain constant..is a suble sense of woozy..

That has never lifted as of yet.

Charlotte,

I'm familiar with that subtle woozines as well. It's always there, a very subtle movement, like being slightly intoxicated (minus the fun). The only time it goes away is with sleep. Perhaps that's why my body wants to do nothing but sleep : )

I think it's great that you made it through shopping and church! At least you're out there making a go of it! Everything I've heard about these issues is that progress is slow, so you can't let your life stop because of them. Easier said than done.

Nan, I know what you are saying concerning sleep. I can't believe the sense of relief I get when I lay my head down at night to sleep. I think it's my body compensating all day for this imbalance sensation, that when I lay down I don't have try hard to keep my head straight.
