My son started complaining about blury vision *** honestly I thought he was being dramatic*** but today I noticed that one pupil is bigger than the other.

He is a football player and played a great bit but the only injury he got was a broken thumb. but he hasen't played since the season ended.

anyone have any thoughts?

Go to an eye doctor. Blurry vision with a pupil abnormality is something you should get checked out.

you DO need to get this checked out soon.this could be anything from an actual brain issue to a sympathetic nervous system issue.but anytime you notice an actual difference in pupil size, there is something behind it thats causing it.like i mentioned, the list can be long of various things that can cause this to occur but they can be some very very serious things or not so serious things, this is why you need to have this evaluated as soon as possible.i would most definitely get him to see someone by no later than tomorrow, just to be sure it is not a brain CSF pressure issue.you jut need to knowthe reason this has occured.monitor him for any other strange symptoms or behavior that is not his normal type.please let us know what you find out.good luck,FB
