M11, you still logged in? I have an idea for you:
Look around you room and pick an object you like. Focus on it, and describe it to yourself, what color is, what does it feel like, what it would taste like, etc, as long as you can. Then do this with 2 more objects. It should help you step back down a bit mentally. Even write it to me if you want. Hope you get this now.

ahhh I hate that feeling too! I get myself so worked up and it just escalates to the point where I can't stand it!!! That is good advice though about the focusing and I will definitely try it next time I feel like that!!
