Ive been reading your posts on many different threads. The only real problem I have left is my vision and I noticed that was yours as well. What exercises do you suggest for bouncy eyes...some days are better then others..does that sound familar???

Hi Ck
Little more to it then that---had it for about 10/11 months---VN W/BPPV--could not get passed---about 75-80% compensation---went to the Univ of Penn---where they Dx'd the problem to be vision dependent---and--part of a pre-existing condition---due to a submarine accident---that had correct it self---prior---to this junk hitting---concentrated---on the vision exercises---and---day/night walking---on paved and unpaved roads---7/365---plus other self generated vision exercises as I walked...
They were right on---started to improve---and continued---until reached 100%---13/14 months---been there for about 4 1/2 years(knock on wood)
It just takes time...for some more then others---depends on what u got..

Hmmmmmmmm....my improvement has been great! Ill keep doing these exercises. I did notice though, that when im finished doing them i dont get that funky feeling afterwards much...You know what was weird yesterday, did this ever happen to you...???....my spacey head feeling came back for a few hours...but then it just went away....i havent had that feeling in a very long time...During your progress, maybe two months before you reached 100%, did you still have bad periods/or days...

Absolutely(on bad periods/or days)---the fact that u did not get the "funky"---means ur brain---is learning/relearning---what this junk screw up....a very good sign!!!!

I do feel I am very close, but I was told that it goes away gradually and very slowy...just so impatient....6 days in a row a woke up feeling great! I would say that is a good sign, with a little blips during the day...does this sound familar??? I know that everyone is different too!

Hi Ck
It is a good sign---yes it sounds familiar---toward the end---of mine.
For some(most perhaps) it goes gradually/slowly---but it is not unusual for u to just wake up(or whatever) and it be gone---has a lot to do---with what happened---how it happened---and age----for example BPPV---can stay around for a while---or---for some---it just goes.
Which is one of the reasons that the Doc's can't really put a time on it..
