Okay, so i'm in bed taking my contact lense out (Daily ones, soft) i get the first one out, and the second one is really tight to me eye and i could feel it but i couldnt get it, and i've now lost it in my eye.. im not 100% its in my eye but im pretty sure. i cant see out of my eye as though its in, and ive irritated my eye by trying to find it! What do i do now? I cant find it and im not even sure if its in!!!!! Can this cause my eye damage?
I dont want to sleep on it, i cant sleep now because im worried about my damn eye!
Edit: I've now got a headache. i dont know if this means anything! Help!

No, it won;t cause any damage. If it's still in, it probably is up on the top part of the eye. Try workig down fromt he top of your eyelid or squirt some saline in your eye to flush it down.

I thought I had lost a lens once when I was trying to remove it. I practically destroyed my eye trying to dig it out--but no luck. The next morning I found the lens on my desk at work--don't know when/how it fell out of my eye. It had dried out but a little soaking revived it.

You can always stop by a Lenscrafter/Pearl Vision place (if open)--they always have optometrists around who can remove stuck lenses.
