I'm not sure exactly what is going on. It started happening about 4 or 5 years ago. Both my feet get this tight painful feeling in them..through the arch and on top. My toes will feel as if they are on fire too and I can't spread my toes like I use to when I would stretch. I had myself checked back then for diabetes but it came back negative. Anyone else experience this and if so what do you do for it?
