I am normally a social person. before I got sick I would tease my husband that I would need a house cleaner because I have all these social activities. That was last summer. This summer I have only taken my girls to the pool twice. and I am not seeing my friends like I used to. Lack of motivation on my part, getting my girls ready, getting my dad to drive us, - I need to force myself. thanks for letting me talk.

I have exactly the same lack of motivation, it's almost like being in mourning at times... the meds drag me down far. I'm sorry you're having to go through it.
One suggestion:
Take a few minutes out of the day for yourself, don't sit and watch TV in those minutes or lay down. Just try to do some breathing exercises. I think it would help center you.
I know you already know this, but just remember that time is passing, your children are growing up: Try as hard as you can to take advantage of every moment.
I am struggling with that myself...
Take care of yourself,
stay strong,
C

I've gone threw the very same, Last year always on the go never home after work out I go. People use to say how can you be on the go all the time like that. It's just I was so use to it. But this year a whole new thing my medication has really changed me a lot this time. I am home so much been off work for awhile and when I do go out it takes me time to get out there. I know where you are here. My DR. said the medication can catch up to you and it might take time for it to happen. You have to push youself and make yourself do it.
I hope you the best here. Limeridge
