Has anyone used this kit? It's the 'lip injection' kit, which includes a lip mask and a 'lip injection' serum. I was thinking of getting this...just doubt it actually does anything, for that price (£22).

I've never even heard of that, and I live in the US so I don't exactly know how much money that is. It doesn't sound very expensive...
But you mentioned that it's injections of some sort. I'm assuming that you literally inject this stuff into your own lips. If that's the case, I would definitely stay away from that. Injecting anything into your own body is extremely risky and can cause all sorts of reactions and infections.
There are plenty of other topical plumpers on the market that aren't overly expensive. Although they get mixed reviews, those are much safer than injections.

Thanks for your reply. It would probably be around £35-40 for the whole kit, in the USA.
It's not really an injection! The products are called 'lip injection', but it's really just a serum, a lip gloss and a mask (which you leave on).

Oh, wow... I just did a search on the product you talked about, and actually there some good reviews about it.
I initially wanted to try Lip Explosion myself, but probably 90% the reviews were negative, so I decided not to waste $35 on it.
This other stuff you're talking about is cheaper, but apparently it works. I may give it a try myself (if I can find it).

Yep, I think I'm going to try it...there's also Lip Venom, but apparently it stings constantly...let me know how it goes!

All I can say is hallelujah. Do you know how many skin clinics and plastic surgeon's offices do this for hundreds of dollars and do it wrong? Most every one I've been to and I have been to five different ones--only one or two seemed to want to really do it in an artistic and conscientious way. Most of them don't give a damn how it looks and if you are unsatisfied, oh, well. No recourse. You're stuck with it and they're may not be room in your lips to inject more to fix it. So, yes, I am all for this being done by the person who has to look at their lips every day. I only wish I could get my hands on that kit.
I have had no real success with topical ones you apply. They make a very marginal difference in the thickness of your lips compared to what injections do.

Dapple, this isn't a real injection! It's just called 'lip injection', but it's a topical mask and serum.
I just got the whole kit, and tried all of them. My lips seemed a bit plumper (i'm kind of scared of moving them, they feel a bit numb), but also quite reddish. Be careful not to get it on your skin...they're not kidding when they warn you to keep it within the lip area! It causes a rash around your lips, making it seem as though they're just inflamed and puffy. Anyway, I do like this kit...it's not amazing, but I guess you can't expect a miracle for that money! The 'long-term' lip injection extreme one is very nice!

 LOL, I shoulda read more carefully. But just maybe if one can restore their hair with Rogaine at home, find out whether your pregnant or not, whiten your teeth significantly, etc., someday we can do the lips ourselves.
I just ran into somebody else with uneven lips this morning. And she said she thought my upper needed more on the left side.:D
Am sorry the kit didn't deliver a lot more, innocence. I tried the one Penney's had for awhile and it was irritating like that for sure.

Yes, this stuff is very good. It doesn't sting nearly as much as Lip Venom but it puffs up your lips and lasts about the same.
